Her career includes senior roles at Sheridan Nurseries, Kitchen Stuff Plus, and other national retailers, where she built high-performing teams and transformed end-to-end merchandising, private label, and procurement strategies.

Her passion for merchandising began early and has evolved into a career dedicated to helping companies improve profitability through smarter purchasing, stronger supplier partnerships, and more intentional product and inventory decisions. Today, as the Founder of ProcurelyIQ, Kimberley brings together decades of hands-on operational experience and a deep understanding of retail and consumer behaviour to help businesses reduce waste, improve margins, and strengthen inventory health.
